Basic directions of work

The company "CSO Nova Era" (stands for New Era of Service and Support ) was established in May 2000. The basic directions of work of the company are wholesaling, guarantee and a post warranty service of electronic scales, cash registers, taximeters and system components for automation in trade, medicine, manufacturing, transport and agriculture. We offer from a warehouse in Kiev wide assortment of the equipment, from micro weighing scale to automobile and crane scales. Our clients range from private entrepreneurs with taximeters in taxi to multinational corporations in steel manufacturing. Ready scales are distributed for retail, warehouses, logistics operators, jewelry and medicine consumers. Integrators of the weighting systems can get from us wide assortment of components with short delivery lag and competitive prizes — load cells, indicators and other accessories.

CAS weighs distribution

From December 2002 Nova Era represents assortment of CAS products (South Korea) weighs in Ukraine. During this period we became a leading supplier of CAS products with whole cycle of distribution, support and customization.

ESIT Industry Solutions

From June 2006 Nova Era is an official representative of ESIT manufacturer (Istanbul city, Turkey). According to concluded agent agreement Nova Era has an official right for marketing and distribution activity in Ukraine. Nova Era is committed to dissemination of Esit industrial weighting expertise in Ukraine in fields of truck scales, load cells, mounting accessories, indicators, tank weighing systems and automatic weighting systems.

Customization

The company is engaged in development, application and service of non-standard weighing systems which are integrated in various industry solutions. The important place in structure of the company takes department of automation which is working in the fields of weighing, labeling, accounting, planning and control of enterprise material flows.

Support

The service department concludes contracts on servicing, organizes metrological checking of scales for the clients, react to the calls of customers. Also the service center delivers spare parts in the regional service centers, trains experts on repair, renders information support. We have full government accreditation needed to provide services of weight calibration and mounting, cash registers, taximeters plumbing and repairing.

The compony provides a variety of professional services, such as co-sourcing, business consulting, technology consulting, and technology research and development .
